We want you to be happy with your UWC purchase. If you change your mind, you can cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items and return them to us.

Changed your mind?

Please contact us at [UWC EMAIL] within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund if an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to check it.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or would prefer a different item, please contact us. We will do our best to help.

How to return an item

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return process and provide the correct return address.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
